I love my, new to me, Mercedes. Everything about my experience with Auto View was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I called the service I recieved couldn't have been better, it was a 1.5 hr drive to my appointment which took 2.5 hrs due to traffic and my salesman Chris was kind enough to wait so I could check out and test drive my selection of vehicles. I finally chose my Mercedes and the paperwork process began. It was painless and it was done in about half an hour. On pick up of my MB, I was early and everyone there was very polite and helpful and accommodating. When my car arrived from being certified, it was detailed (and I don't mean a 5 minute wash) the gentlemen that cleaned it went over it with a fine tooth comb, it was spotless and full of fuel. My salesman went over what they did for the certification, and I was ready to go. I love my car and will back again for my next purchase. Thank you Chris and everyone at Auto View for this amazing experience!

He was completely transparent, meticulously explaining the contract, accommodating my specific terms, and expertly handling photography, listing, cleaning, and negotiations with various auction platforms to secure the best reserve price. I’m especially happy that he successfully sold my car to US buyers at a market-comparable price, despite the ongoing trade war. His outstanding work made the entire process smooth and successful. Worst experience by my friend Hameed choosing this dealer. His car was transferred from his name and the payments were still deducted from his account for 2.5 months a total of $1200. He still didn’t get his money till date and CHRIS doesn’t even respond to the messages. DON’T EVER GO TO THIS DEALER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY RIPPED OFF FROM YOU!!!!!

Purchased new Cayenne from Porsche dealership. There trade in for my BMW was $30000. Contacted Autoview and gave BMW for sale on consignment. Sold for $35900.
